“They were friendly both to me and to Alvin. Sometimes you have pet people and not people-people, but they were both! Alvin is always so anxious with the groomers and such, and they made him feel SO comfortable. He looks FANTASTIC! And, they did it in less time than they said they would. Alvin came out smiling - he is a Golden Retriever and they are able to smile. He enjoyed his experience. Oh, and they didn't need to use our water! That too was a plus!”

“This is a great service. I liked that our dog, Sandy, wasn’t crated while waiting. They showed up right on time, took care of her and that was that. They are super-friendly and Sandy got comfortable with them in no time at all. It’s really convenient to have this done right at home and comforting to know your dog is close by if they don’t generally do well in strange environments. Highly recommended and we’ll be repeat customers.”
