Prepare for a smooth mobile grooming visit
A little preparation helps the appointment begin calmly and keeps the mobile spa on schedule. The most useful information is honest, specific and shared before grooming starts.

Set up safe access
Confirm the address, gate instructions and a legal, reasonably level parking area. Keep sprinklers off and make sure the path between home and grooming vehicle is clear.
- •Move vehicles if needed before arrival
- •Secure gates and other household pets
- •Tell us about parking restrictions or construction
Help your pet settle
A normal potty break before the appointment is helpful. Keep your pet indoors or securely leashed so arrival does not become a chase. Avoid a large meal immediately beforehand if your pet is prone to motion or stress-related nausea.
- •Use the collar or harness your pet already knows
- •Let the groomer lead the handoff
- •Keep goodbyes calm and brief
Share important details
Mention recent veterinary care, medications, allergies, mobility limitations, bite history, sensitive areas and the last grooming date. Show photos if you have a specific haircut preference.
Tell us before the appointment if your pet is ill, injured, recently had surgery or may have been exposed to a contagious condition.
